YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT (I) YOU ARE A VISITOR (AS DEFINED BELOW) OF A COVERED WEBSITE, AND (II) THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT APPLIES TO YOU, AND TO ANY INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO Primary Service Group OR THAT IS COLLECTED BY Primary Service Group AS A RESULT OF YOUR VISIT OR USE OF THE COVERED WEBSITES.

Personal Information Collected
Primary Service Group collects personal or other information (“Information”) from visitors to Covered Websites (“Visitors” or “you”) in a variety of ways:
Direct Communication. Visitors may provide personal information directly to Primary Service Group by email, phone, mail, posts or comments on Covered Websites, or other available means.
Technical Means. Primary Service Group may collect information arising from a Visitor’s visit and use of Covered Websites through commonly used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and web beacons. Collected information may include standard information from a web browser (such as browser type and browser language), date and time of visit, actions taken on the Covered Websites (such as the web pages viewed and the links clicked), name of the Visitor’s Internet service provider, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, the uniform resource locator (“URLs”) of the web sites and pages you visit (before, during and after your visit to the Site), information about the computer hardware and software you use and other information that may be available.
Cookies may be placed and used on a Visitor’s computer to recognize the Visitor on return visits and enable Primary Service Group to enhance the browsing experience, enable account functionality, as well as to collect additional information. Primary Service Group uses web beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies and other collected Information to compile information about Visitors’ usage of the Covered Websites and interaction with e-mail from Primary Service Group. Web beacons are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on a Visitor’s computer, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular website tied to the web beacon, and a description of a website tied to the web beacon. For example, Primary Service Group may place web beacons in marketing e-mails that notify Primary Service Group when you click on a link in the e-mail. Primary Service Group uses web beacons to operate and improve Primary Service Group’s websites, e-mail communications, promotions and advertising, and other products or services.
Primary Service Group may collect your Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses for purposes that including tracking and monitoring the regions from which Visitors navigate the Covered Websites.
From time-to-time, Primary Service Group may engage third parties to track and analyze non-personally identifiable usage and volume statistical information from Visitors of Covered Websites or to track the performance of advertisements. The information provided to such third parties does not include personal information, but this information may be re-associated with personal information after Primary Service Group receives it.
Use of Information Collected
Regardless of how Information is collected, Primary Service Group may use Information for any purposes related to its business, including performing services or providing goods to Visitors and other customers, serving advertising, engaging in promotions or contests, contact via direct mail or email (including sending advertisements), and other purposes related to the offering and promotion of Primary Service Group products and services. Notwithstanding the above, Primary Service Group uses credit card information solely for the purposes of collecting payments or as otherwise explicitly disclosed at the time of collection.
Publically Available Comments and Testimonials; Referrals
Primary Service Group may provide means by which Visitors may publicly post comments or testimonials, including on bulletin boards, forums, blogs, or comment sections on Covered Websites. Such information shall be considered Information collected under this Privacy Statement. Any such information (personally identifiable or otherwise) that you choose to submit in such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. Primary Service Group is not responsible for any information you choose to submit in these forums.
Visitors may elect to use Primary Service Group’s referral service to inform their contacts about the Covered Websites or other Primary Service Group promotional content. When using the referral service, a Visitor provides a contact’s name, e-mail address and other requested information which will be used to send an invite to view the Covered Websites or other promotional content, or otherwise for uses disclosed by the referral service.
Sharing of Information Collected
Primary Service Group will not share Information that personally identifies the Visitor with unrelated third parties, except for using a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing or if a Visitor otherwise provides prior consent. In the case of credit card processing, third party intermediaries will not be permitted to store, retain, or use credit card information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on Primary Service Group’s behalf.
Primary Service Group may share Information with its service providers/contractors, affiliates and agents for purposes of conducting its business and promoting its products and services. Primary Service Group may also share non-personally identifiable information with third parties, including for purposes of operating and improving its web offerings.
Notwithstanding the above, Primary Service Group reserves the right to disclose any Information if required by law or if Primary Service Group reasonably believes that disclosure is necessary to protect Primary Service Group’s rights or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
Primary Service Group generally allows recipients of advertisement-related email to manage receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by providing an “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of marketing emails. Additionally, you may send a request specifying your communications preferences to provide email.
Changes to this Privacy Statement
Primary Service Group reserves the right to change this Privacy Statement. Primary Service Group will provide notification of the material changes to this Privacy Statement through the Covered Websites.
